On the road

Wednesday morning, February 4. Early departure, cars fully loaded, GPS towards Marktshorgast. A brisk drive through Germany, with winter landscapes, snow along the side of the road and that typical feeling you get when you are on the road together to something you have been looking forward to for a while. For the first time, we got almost our entire sales team together on location. That alone made this trip special.

After a long but smooth ride we arrived in Marktshorgast, the beating heart of Frankia and Yucon. We were warmly welcomed by the team, in a way that immediately set the tone for the next two days: warm, professional and taken care of down to the last detail. German Gründlichkeit, but with a surprisingly cozy touch.

Behind the scenes of real quality

The company visit itself was nothing short of impressive. During the tour of the factory, we were given a unique insight into the different ways of working, the production philosophy and especially the attention to detail that typifies Frankia and Yucon. Not just any motorhome is built here. Here, every component, every connection, every finish is considered.

We saw how quality is not a marketing word, but a daily reality. From construction and insulation to interior finishes and technical solutions: everything starts from sustainability, reliability and long-term comfort. Exactly what our customers expect and deserve.

Education, insights and vision for the future

In addition to the factory visit, there was also room for training and deepening. We received a detailed explanation of technical choices, new evolutions and market developments. An absolute highlight was the introduction to the new Noctra series. These models clearly show the new style and direction that Frankia is taking: modern, sophisticated, but retaining their recognizable DNA.

Yucon also showed what the brand stands for today and where it wants to go. Innovation, functionality and a well-thought-out layout, always with the end user at the center. These insights give us as a sales team the best possible support to do our job even better and to speak to our customers with expertise.

We brainstormed together about the future and trends in the market: changing travel behaviour, customer expectations, technological evolutions and the importance of experience. It was particularly valuable to have these conversations not only internally, but together with the people who effectively develop and build the products.

Networking, conviviality and connectedness

After the substantive days, there was of course also room for relaxation. We enjoyed good food, local specialties and long conversations at the table. Not only ideas were born here, but also friendships. Colleagues got to know each other better, bonds were strengthened and the team spirit was given a clear boost.

This combination of professionalism and conviviality not only typifies this trip, but also Frankia and Yucon as brands. Quality doesn't have to be cold or distant. On the contrary: it goes perfectly with warmth, humanity and passion.

More than a visit

After two intensive days we returned home, again through snow and kilometers, but with a head full of insights and a renewed conviction. This was more than a company visit. It was a confirmation that we work with brands that stand for quality, craftsmanship and trust.

For our customers, this means one thing: motorhomes that are built with knowledge, care and vision. For us as a team, it means motivation, pride and the drive to guide each customer even better in his or her choice.
